Agrical is pleased to announce the completion of a management buy-out which will inject significant new momentum into the business.

In a move which will look to build on the extremely successful loss adjusting and claim management business, Bob Morris will move from Chief Executive to Chairman whilst the current Managing Director, Mike Collins, will become the new Chief Executive and Nigel Collinson will become the Company’s new Managing Director. The two current non-executive directors, Charles Hignett and Bill Best, will step down to pursue other business interests.

Mike Collins stated: “This is a significant achievement. We are fortunate to be in a position where we have so many talented and experienced management personnel to involve in this venture. Agrical’s reputation has been built on the quality and skills of its people and we have a great opportunity to carry this reputation forward to the benefit of all our Clients."
