Claims Management Unit 

Elaine is Manager of Agrical's UK Operations Centre in Tadcaster, overseeing claims administration and desktop claims handling. Elaine has worked in the claims environment for over 18 years and has experience as a Claims Adviser/Surveyor. Elaine is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Dave has many years of experience in the claims environment and now provides technical back office support assistance to the Adjusting team across the UK. He is based at our Shrewsbury office.

Diane deals with claims administration within our Claims Management Team at our Operations Centre in Tadcaster and has over 15 years experience in the insurance industry.

Lynn works in our Claims Management Unit, in our Operations Centre in Tadcaster.

Nicole handles desktop based commercial and domestic claims, as part of our Claims Management Team.

Paul provides technical back office support assistance to the Adjusting team across the UK.  He is based in Yorkshire.

Sarah-Lou deals with claims administration within our Claims Management Team at our Operations Centre in Tadcaster.

Susan has over 20 years of experience working in the claims environment and now specialises in the handling of desktop based commercial and domestic claims at the Tadcaster office. She has considerable experience of agricultural and equine losses.
