Adjusting Team 

Bob is Chairman of Agrical.  He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Chartered Insurance Practitioner, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters, a FUEDI European Loss Adjusting Expert, a Fellow of the International Federation of Adjusting Associations, an Affiliate of the Institute of Risk Management and a Member of the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants.  Bob has nearly 30 years experience as a Loss Adjuster and has particular expertise in complex liability and large losses.

Mike is Chief Executive of Agrical. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters. Mike has 25 years Loss Adjusting experience and is highly qualified in managing a broad spectrum of losses. Specialist knowledge includes complex/large loss and business interruption.

Nigel is Managing Director of Agrical. He is a graduate with an Honours Degree in Agricultural Economics, an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters. Nigel is a widely experienced Loss Adjuster, with over 18 years in the industry. He has considerable experience in contingency losses and disturbance claims.

John is a Director of Agrical. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and a FUEDI European Loss Adjusting Expert. John is a highly qualified and experienced Loss Adjuster, with 30 years experience in commercial, domestic and agri-business losses. Specialist areas include equine and bloodstock markets.

Ron is Divisional Director - Technical & Large Loss for Agrical. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters, a FUEDI European Loss Adjusting Expert and a Fellow of the International Federation of Adjusting Associations. Ron has over 35 years experience as a Loss Adjuster and is recognised for his expertise in major losses, complex liability and technical claims. Specialist areas include pollution, contamination, products and revenue claims.

Mike is Divisional Director - Business Development for Agrical.  He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Chartered Insurance Practitioner, a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences and a Past President of the Carlisle Insurance Institute.  Mike has over 20 years Loss Adjusting experience and particular expertise in commercial, hotel and leisure industry claims.

David is Divisional Director - Farm & Estates for Agrical.  He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters. David is a highly experienced Loss Adjuster with expertise in farming and rural estates, particularly forestry, aquaculture and game rearing.

Peter is Divisional Director - Operations for Agrical. He is a Graduate Agricultural Botanist, an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters. Peter has over 27 years experience as an Adjuster and particluar expertise in commercial losses. Specialist areas include subsidence, glasshouse and horticultural risks.

Alan holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree and is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute.  Alan is a highly qualified and experienced Loss Adjuster, recognised for his leading technical knowledge and expertise in complex liability claims including employers liability investigations, public/product liability cases and professional indemnity. Alan prepares 'Fact File' legal updates for the CII website.

Bill is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and has over 18 years experience as a Loss Adjuster, with particular expertise in commercial and business interruption claims.

Frank is a member of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Frank is an experienced Loss Adjuster, with 17 years in the profession, and specialism in Forestry and Growing Timber.

Graham is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters, a Member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, a Member of the Institute of Agricultural Management and a Partner in a livestock/equine farm. Graham has specialist knowledge of farming and livestock losses.

Iain is a BSc graduate from St Andrews University. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Chartered Insurance Practitioner, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters, an Associate Building Engineer and a Past President of Perth Insurance Institute. Iain is a highly qualified Loss Adjuster with experience in managing a broad spectrum of losses.

Jenny is Quality Assurance Manager at Agrical. She has an agricultural background and has over 20 years experience of claims handling. Jenny previously specialised in handling agriculture based claims and has particular expertise with respect to livestock claims.

Jodie is Client Services Manager for Agrical. She is a BSc graduate, Dip CII qualified and a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Martin is a Chartered Surveyor, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and a Registered CDM Coordinator. Martin has over 20 years experience in the industry and is experienced in all types of building claims including major loss and agriculture. Specialist areas include subsidence and flood claims.

Richard is Area Manager - South East for Agrical.  He has a Higher National Diploma in Agriculture, is Dip CII qualified and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.  Richard is an experienced Adjuster with over 20 years in the profession.  He has specialist knowledge in fruit farming, arable farming, storage losses and crop losses. 

Richard is London & Lloyd’s Market Manager for Agrical. He is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Insurer, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters, a probationer of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and a Member of the Royal Agricultural College. Richard is experienced in general commercial losses, including hotels, restaurants and the food industry. Specialist areas include estate management, equine, thoroughbred racing and bloodstock claims.

Robert is a BSc graduate and a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Wayne is Cert CII qualified and is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
